Provides access to comprehensive global company data, including business description, history, property, subsidiaries, officers and directors, long-term debt and capital stock. Financial statements are presented in "as-reported" form and in native currencies. Includes access to Investext Snapshot and Mergent Analytics.

1900's to present (Restricted to ODU)
Provides access to a vast archive of corporate and industry related documents through the following modules: Corporate Manuals and Municipal & Government Manuals. Mergent Archives contains more than 180,000 documents covering over 100 countries and industries.

Current (Restricted to ODU)
ODU students, faculty, and staff must REGISTER for their own user account in order to login to the database .
