Starting July 6, The ODU community will be able to access our physical collections in Perry Library and check them out at the help desk on the 1st floor (self-checkout available).

ODU faculty, students and staff may request books and other materials from the Art Library and the Music Library through Interlibrary Loan (see the Interlibrary Loan tab). The items will either be held at the Perry Library for pickup, or mailed to your home address. This temporary service will continue until all physical locations reopen for fall semester.

Course reserve materials are not available in print.

FACULTY: If you need electronic materials for your students, please contact your Liaison Librarian for help in identifying, ordering and/or linking to electronic materials. For books in Perry Library, faculty can request that specific chapters (not entire books) be scanned as PDF files for use in Blackboard. Please submit the Reserve Scanning Request Form for needed materials.

The Libraries are asking donors to refrain from delivering or donating gifts until Spring semester 2021.

The Libraries will not be hosting a booksale in Fall 2020.
