In the General Collection, all dissertations and theses are shelved on the 4th floor under LD4331, followed by a decimal point and a department code (shown at left). For example, HISTORY is found under LD4331.H47.
Electronic Theses & Dissertations
The University instituted an Electronic Thesis and Dissertation pilot program in Spring 2015. Electronic format will be required in Fall 2016. All theses and dissertations will be available electronically through ProQuest's Dissertations & Theses @ ODU and also through the university's institutional repository -- ODU Digital Commons.
No print copies will be available in the University Libraries.
