Hourly Parking Options
- Hourly metered parking options are available in several locations on ODU's Campus. Visitors are required to use the MobilePay App when parking in campus garages.
- The closest metered parking to Perry Library is in the Elkhorn Garage on 43rd street.
- The closest metered parking to the Diehn Composers Room, which is located in the Diehn Center for the Performing Arts, can be found in the Stadium Garage on 49th street.
Accessible Parking
- ADA Accessible parking is available in all lots/garages and require both a valid DMV issued plate or placard and a valid ODU Parking Permit or Hourly Permit.
- ADA Accessible spaces are located in both the Elkhorn Garage and the Stadium Garage. There are also a limited number of ADA Accessible spaces in Lot 45 directly behind Perry Library, and the lot behind the Diehn Center for the Performing Arts.
Additional Parking Options
- If visitors plan on staying for an entire day or returning for multiple days, we recommend purchasing a Daily Permit. Permits can be purchased online or in person at the Transportation & Parking Services (TPS) office located at 43rd & Elkhorn Garage
- A limited number of metered spaces are available near and along Monarch Way that require credit card or coin payments.
