Many graduate students use tests and measurements in their dissertations. Some may discuss the tests or even include the full text of tests or questionnaires.
When searching, use subject keywords with terms such as "test", "measure", and/or "scale". Check the abstract to see if the author has used a test, and check the appendices to see if the dissertation includes a copy of the test.
Remember, if the test is unpublished, you still need to obtain permission from the authors to use it.
As of 2016, ODU instituted an Electronic Thesis and Dissertation (ETD) program. All dissertations and theses are submitted and available electronically. No new print copies are available in the University Libraries.
ProQuest Dissertations and Theses Global offers an index to search doctoral dissertations and master theses from ODU and other universities across the globe. Search by keyword, subject, title, or author. If full text is not available, you can request a copy through interlibrary loan.
