ODU Libraries' Interlibrary Loan Service is available to faculty, students, and staff affiliated with Old Dominion University. Through this service, affiliates may request that we borrow materials they need from other libraries if we don't own those materials. The service is free of charge, and you may request:
ODU students who are distance learners or at ODU sites other than the Norfolk Campus may request that the ODU Libraries' Interlibrary Loan Service ship materials to them from our own ODU collections as well as materials we borrow from other libraries. When you set up your profile in our Interlibrary Loan system be sure to indicate that you are a distance learner and enter your mailing address.
Individuals who are not affiliated with ODU should request materials through the academic institution they are affiliated with or they may be able to make requests through their public library.
