LIBS 658: Knowledge Resources: Planning, Selecting, and Managing Collections

Welcome

Welcome to the LIBS 658: Knowledge Resources: Planning, Selecting, and Managing Collections library guide. This guide provides information and resources for getting started with research around writing a collection development policy. Please navigate the guide using the lefthand menu options.

If you aren't finding answers to your research questions, I would be happy to assist you! Please email me or make an appointment using the lefthand box beneath the menu. You can also make an appointment here.

Research and Writing Help

If you need a little extra help with you research, you can set up an online or in-person appointment for help with your research questions. The libraries' subject specialists are available to help via email, phone, or virtual or in-person appointments.

If you find a resource that is not available through ODU, please use InterLibrary Loan (ILL), a free service that allows you to request journal articles, books, and other research materials.

You can also get help with your writing from the Writing Center.
