Federal Depository Library Program logo

The University Libraries are a congressionally designated depository for U.S. Government documents.  Public access to the government documents collection is guaranteed by public law (Title 44 United States Code). The physical materials are located on the 2nd floor of Perry Library.

In 2019, a Centers of Excellence collection was established through a Collaborative Federal Depository Program with the Association of Southeastern Research Libraries (ASERL). We collect and maintain documents of the Department of the Navy and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

See the Library Guide: Centers of Excellence.
