The purpose of this guide is to provide links to the reporting forms that are needed for library assessment. Regular completion of stats is appreciated! We use this information to report to external agencies such as ACRL and ODU's Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment, and to inform decision making and advocacy.

About Assessment

Contrary to popular belief, assessment is not an exact science and it is not always quantitative. You may sometimes encounter a scenario that doesn't fit perfectly into any box. Use your best judgement in regard to if it should tracked and if so, where.
