The purpose of this guide is to introduce faculty and graduate students to the services, resources, and research support available via the ODU Libraries. If you don't find what you're looking for here, contact us for help!
ODU Digital Commons is the university's institutional repository where we preserve, promote and share ODU's scholarly, creative and institutional work. Faculty may submit their list of publications to the Digital Commons Manager -- firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will upload what we can based on publisher permissions.

Faculty emeriti have access to the same library resources and services as current faculty. These services include off-campus access to electronic resources, interlibrary loan, and borrowing privileges. For many of these services a current Midas account is required for login. If a faculty member or faculty emeritus has not used his/her Midas account for some time, the account can be reactivated at: https://www.odu.edu/ts/access/. This page explains the Midas account and provides links for resetting a password, etc.
